One tip for label readers, go for items that contain less than 10g of sugar per serving. 
And when baking, try cutting the suggested amounts of sugar by half. If you want extra sweetness, add shredded carrots or fresh diced fruits. 
As for juices, squeeze your own. And consider those with lower glycemic values to ensure a more constant,even blood sugar -- those like grapefruit, apples, carrots. Cheers!]]></description>

I manage the website and do marketing for the studio and am a Pilates student.,  i am not an instructor.  Our instructors work with many people who have had surgery&#039;s, hip and knee replacements and get the back into their active lifestyles. Please call the studio at 719-539-4210 and leave a message and ask to set up an appointment.  We are closed on weekends but someone will get back to you on monday. They will like to do an assessment on where you are at and explain the benefits of Pilates.  Enjoy your time in Salida.  Lisa]]></description>
