Dear Pilates studio:
I am in town for a week starting Wed. the 21st. I am going into the 4th week of recovery from total hip replacement. I have been active and am daily getting stronger. I would like to learn more about the benefits of Pilates and want to know if I can have an individual session or any beginner course might be suitable. Thanks for your response,

Kim, glad to hear you are getting stronger daily. Pilates certainly will be a great way to get stronger and help you in your recovery. I manage the website and do marketing for the studio and am a Pilates student., i am not an instructor. Our instructors work with many people who have had surgery’s, hip and knee replacements and get the back into their active lifestyles. Please call the studio at 719-539-4210 and leave a message and ask to set up an appointment. We are closed on weekends but someone will get back to you on monday.
